Don’t forget the meeting about the Northumberland trip!

On Friday 15th April, as part of his pilgrimage of Prayer, Witness and Blessing, we were joined during our lunch time by the Archbishop of York. He spoke very highly of all our pupils, especially the school council who gave him a tour of the school.
Sports Relief Day is on Friday 18th March this year. Your child is invited to bring in £1 to dress up in any ‘dance themed’ outfit; ballet, street dance, tap, jazz, freestyle!
Staff will be also be taking part and there is a fun packed afternoon of dance and exercise planned!

The book fair is back, and will take place Tuesday 1st – 8th March.
Active Kids has now launched in Sainsbury’s stores. This year Active Kids has so much more to offer and it is great to get the children in our school some exciting new sports and cooking equipment. Please drop off any vouchers in the collection box which is located in the Key Stage 1 entrance.
We are no longer collecting batteries for recycling. The majority of retailers that sell batteries now offer battery recycling facilities – to find your nearest (or where you can recycle a huge range of other things) why not take a…
