A letter from The Childhood Immunisations Team was sent to parents and carers on the 14th September with details about this year’s visit to our school. If you would like your child to receive the Influenza Vaccination you must follow the instructions in that letter to give online consent no later than 20/10/2020. Please be aware that if you do not do this, we are unable to give consent on your behalf.
